Al Sharjah adds Roberson to their roster, ex Samara

Justin Roberson

Al Sharjah (ULB) added to their roster 31-year old American guard Justin Roberson (187cm-92kg-1993, college: ULM). He played last season at BC Samara in Russian VTB United League. In 44 games he recorded 12.6ppg, 3.0rpg, 3.7apg and 1.5spg.
The previous (2022-23) season he played at another Russian team Parma-Pari Perm (also in VTB United League).
He has played previously professionally in Russia (Burevestnik and Uralmash) and Switzerland (Fribourg and Massagno).
Among many awards he won Russian Superleague 1 championship title in 2022. Roberson was voted Eurobasket.com All-Russian Superleague 1 Player of the Year and Eurobasket.com All-Russian Superleague 1 Import Player of the Year in 2022.
He graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2016 and it will be his ninth season as a professional player. Roberson played also for Western Texas College for one year.
